Article System Profits

I am writing an article for my middle-school newspaper. HOW SHOULD I START IT???? If you have any other suggestions that I should put in the article that would be be great! THANKS

Fred goes to bible school to become more in touch with his religion, but the other kids attending make fun of him using Year One jokes.

For my newspaper class, I am supposed to write an article examining the two extremes of political media: CNN and Fox News. I have no idea how or where to start. Any good suggestions?
