You do cite it normally, I remember now, but then you add something like WBQ or some crazy acronym (sp?). I just can&#8217;t remember where or what.</p>

The book will have a small regional following, probably a full circulation of no more than 500 copies. There have been several articles ,mostly in newspapers, written about him over the years and I would like to make part of a chapter the articles written about my Uncle. I have tried to contact the papers directly, but I have not received a response. Is there a way just to properly cite the material and bypass direct permission? My plan is to reuse the whole article.</p>
